Order Processing
After you place your order, we will ship your at-home dental impression kit within 1–2 business days.

Impression Kit Delivery
Customers in the United States typically receive their impression kit within 3–5 business days.

Return of Impressions
Your order includes a prepaid return envelope. Once you complete your dental impressions, place them in the envelope and return them to our lab.

Fabrication Time
After we receive your impressions, our dental laboratory will fabricate your custom night guard. Production typically takes 5–7 business days.

Shipping of Finished Night Guard
Once fabrication is complete, your custom night guard will be shipped to you. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days within the United States.

Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States.

Shipping Locations
Currently, we only ship within the United States.
